With over four decades of experience, Mr. Pluta is nationally recognized for his expertise in real estate acquisition and relocation assistance. He has provided consulting services for several federal and state agencies throughout the nation; clients have included many State Departments of Transportation, the National Park Service, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and numerous airports in Florida and throughout the nation. Mr. Pluta recently served as Project Manager on a program with Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) where the Team acquired over 620 avigation easements required for the opening of a new runway. Currently, he is assisting with oversight of relocation for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project in Honolulu, Hawaii where a new elevated transit system is being constructed on the island of Oahu. Additionally, Mr. Pluta served as Project Manager for the Port of Seattle to provide avigation easement and subordination/consent of lienholder support services. Mr. Pluta was recognized by the National Highway Institute (NHI) as an instructor of excellence for seven years and enjoys keeping the in-house staff updated on relocation matters through internal company training sessions. Mr. Pluta is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
