For any public program, our first step is to develop a comprehensive community outreach and public engagement strategy for informing and educating the community about the program’s purpose and eligibility requirements. The outreach approach is the initial element of a program, and the activities assist with identifying the program’s target audience and public perception. The outreach experience provides the client a better understanding of the community’s receptiveness or resistance to the program’s execution. The outreach process also provides us with the opportunity to clarify any misconceptions within the community.
A program’s public engagement element is an ongoing process throughout the program. Providing and managing public information is an important component of any public engagement program, and it is essential to deliver a clear and productive message. False or misrepresented information, as well as sociological barriers, are common challenges that must be overcome.
