Senior Consultant
Mr. Stellmacher joins LTL-Team as a Senior Acquisition and Relocation Agent for the firm’s Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation contract. Mr. Stellmacher provides extensive appraisal knowledge, as he was previously employed as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser specializing in complex property valuations, rent renegotiations, and litigation support. Mr. Stellmacher also served as a Land Agent for a utility company focusing on negotiation and acquisition of property. In this role he was responsible for in-house appraisal reviews and managing processes for county real property tax payments and tax appeals.
