Building upon our decades of acquisition and relocation policy and program experience, Ms. Lasley is expanding our portfolio to address transitional industry questions through innovative programs directed at migration, relocation, and other land use tools. With over 32 years of experience, Ms. Lasley has developed numerous acquisition and relocation programs for our firm’s clients and has written multiple policy and procedures manuals for the same. Ms. Lasley has also developed innovative policies and programs that utilize incentive approaches to assist property owners with relocation.
Under the leadership of Ms. Lasley, the LTL Team provides oversight and quality control for our clients by developing buyout and relocation policy utilizing federal and state regulations and guidance as foundation. As such, Ms. Lasley has spearheaded the firm branching into large scale auditing and quality control for disaster recovery, transit, aviation, and other government agency sectors. Most notably, Ms. Lasley provided guidance to the firm’s client, the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART), by assisting HART with achieving compliance through the Federal Transit Authority (FTA) approved Individual Correction Action Plan (ICAP) Program. In collaboration with the FTA and HART, the LTL Team audited over 100 files in the span of one year. The ICAP project was considered a success for both HART and the FTA. Ms. Lasley is a real estate attorney licensed in Florida and Tennessee.
