This voluntary program involved approximately 857 homes potentially eligible for noise mitigation due to new runway construction. The schedule was fast paced, designed to close numerous avigation easement type instruments per month. The Program required a detailed title clearing process. Our team worked with BCAD to streamline this process and increase the number of closings, accelerating the Program to meet BCAD’s planning goals. Our team developed systems for efficiently obtaining the necessary subordinations and lender consents as well as worked with lenders to process the needed consents in an effective manner. LTL-Team successfully closed on over 620 avigation easements. LTL-Team was also responsible for developing policy, procedures, and collateral materials to support the equitable and consistent engagement with all eligible homeowners as well as the implementation of a compliant program.
