Ms. Spencer joined LTL-Team in 2018 bringing extensive organizational skill and attention to detail to our firm’s projects. Ms. Spencer began her career with our firm serving as document control for the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport’s Sales Assistance and Conveyance and Release Program. Ms. Spencer also served as Administrative Assistant for our firm’s Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation’s (HART) FTA ICAP contract. Currently, Ms. Spencer provides administrative services for the City of Vidor’s Hurricane Harvey CDBG‐DR HUD Buyout Program in Texas, Alexandria International Airport’s Land Acquisition and Relocation Program in Alexandria, LA, and the Columbia Power and Water Systems Community H2O Program in Columbia, Tennessee. Ms. Spencer is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent.
