Senior Consultant & Legal Analyst
Ms. Lasley is a licensed attorney and joins LTL-Team as In-House Counsel. Ms. Lasley provides regulatory compliance advisory assistance and counseling for our firm’s projects as well as quality assurance and quality control as per the Uniform Act. Ms. Lasley currently serves as a land acquisition and relocation agent for LTL’s HART HRTP contracts as well as aiding the Program Manager for all program management elements. Ms. Lasley provided an integral role with implementing the ICAP Program and developing the final ICAP report that was submitted to the FTA for approval. In addition, Ms. Lasley provides policy and regulatory research and support for the firm’s environmental assessment projects.
