Ms. Lunzer provides decades of land acquisition and relocation compliance oversight and program management experience for LTL-Team. Ms. Lunzer currently serves as the Director of Transit Property Acquisition and Relocation for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project under the direction of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) funded by the Federal Transportation Administration (FTA). Ms. Lunzer also served as the Program Manager for HART’s FTA approved Individual Correction Action Program (ICAP). Ms. Lunzer is a quality assurance and compliance expert in the fields of land acquisition and relocation providing regulatory guidance to many of our airport, highway, and transit programs. Through her long career, Ms. Lunzer has developed a thorough understanding of the Uniform Act and the various agency guidelines related to it (FAA AC 150/5100.17; HUD Handbook 1378; and FTA AC 5010.E). Ms. Lunzer has been instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance and the implementation of quality programs for many of our land acquisition and relocation clients throughout the nation, including those in Hawaii, California, Arizona, Minnesota, Louisiana, Alabama, and Rhode Island.
